The location of the hotel is superb, situated next to a beautiful river with great dog walking routes nearby. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to access shops and restaurants.

There were no hand towels provided for the kitchen and downstairs cloakroom, which was a minor inconvenience.

Jim made everything for all of us. The private bathroom had everything we needed - shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. There was Pitrocknie restaurant next to the accommodation, as a dining option.

The location of this place is mind-blowing! It's super convenient, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The comfort and homely feel of the house made us feel right at home. And can I just say, the kitchen was jaw-droppingly well equipped! We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious scones and jam waiting for us. Not to mention, they had an amazing selection of books and games to choose from. The fact that we could do several walks right from the house was a huge plus. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place as a perfect holiday destination.

We had an amazing time exploring the stunning Blairgowrie and Rattray area during our stay at The Coach House. The hiking trails nearby were absolutely breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the picturesque countryside. We also had a blast skiing down the slopes at the local ski resort, enjoying the exhilarating experience as a family. Cycling through the charming streets and exploring the quaint villages was a delightful adventure. The location was perfect for all these activities, making our holiday truly unforgettable.

For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor play equipment for the kids.

Everything I need for a comfortable stay: dryer, kitchen utensils. Amazing activities nearby: skiing, hiking, cycling, fishing, golf, and more. No regrets!
